Says, The demands for new institutions and progress, so loudly uttered by men of this sort, only tend to stir up perpetual trouble, to destroy totally and universally the principles of justice, virtue, honour and religion, to propagate far and wide, to the detriment and ruin Of all human society, the domination of that horrible and deplorable system, Opposed to reason itself and the law of nature, which is called Communism and also Socialism.
