Excerpt from Uebersicht der Cetoniden: Der Sunda-Inseln und Molukken; Nebst der Beschreibung von Zweiundzwanzigneuen Arten
Herr Alfred r.wallace erwähnt in seinem, in den „transactions. Of the London Entomological Society, 3 Series, 1868. Vol. IV. P. 5 mitgetheilten „catalogue of the Cetoniidae of the Malayan Archipelago, with the Descriptions of the new Species im Ganzen 181 Arten, worunter aber 25 ausschliesslich den Philippinen und 7 den Salomons Inseln und Neuen Hebriden angehören. Wegen Mangels an zureichendem Material habe ich die ersteren unberührt gelassen; die letzteren aber sowohl ebenfalls deshalb, als auch weil sie nicht mehr dem geographischen Gebiete angehören, auf welches nachstehender Aufsatz Bezug hat.
