Excerpt from Monticola, 1941

The lnterfraternity Counci is the governing body of the men's fraternities on the campus and is composed of one senior and one junior representative from each organization: only the senior representative is allowed to vote. During the past year the council sponsored the annual Men's Pan in the armory: Jack Teagarden and his orchestra played for dancing. A new addition to the list of council activities is its supervision of an interfraternity bridge tournament. The first of which was played last year.
