The moveable feasts, that is, those that do not come upon the same day every year, are regulated according to Easter, and may be seen ill the following table, that when we know on which ay of the month Easter comes, we can easily know all the other moveable feasts, if we only'' attend to the dominical letter, which is given in the second column and indicates the Sunday of the year opposite to which it stands. If in this table after the date cf the years from 1870 till 1895 two letters stand beside each other, then that year is a leap-year, and the first letter shows the Sunday until the 25th February, the Feast of St. Matthias, from this date forward the second letter indicates the Sunday.
