Excerpt from Die Deutsche Philosophie des XIX. Jahrhunderts und der Gegenwart
Die wichtigste Aufgabe war zunachst die vollige Neugestaltung der die Philosophie der Gegenwart betreffenden Partien. Sie sind mit Ausnahme weniger Absatze vollstandig neu verfaßt worden. Aber auch die voraufgegangenen Epochen haben starke Eingriffe erfahren, auch hier sind große Abschnitte völlig neu. Die deutsche Philosophie, welche in der vorigen Auflage (ohne die Bibliographie) noch nicht 360 Seiten einnahm, umfaßt jetzt (1915) deren 482 (eben falls ohne die Bibliographie). Die Zahl der Paragraphen des deutschen Teils ist von 41 auf 53 gestiegen.
