Alle diese Sätze waren in der Art bewiesen, wie man die Lehren der Geometrie beweist, indem die aufgestellten Behauptungen auf einfache Axiome zurückgeführt wurden, deren Gewissheit als unzweifelhaft vorausgesetzt worden war.
