The last volume of the Chronic Diseases is here laid before the public. The nosological portion of N each and Trinks'' work had to be left out, for the simple reason that the work is not yet completed.
It is needless that I should say any thing of the work which it has been my delight and my pride to transfer into the English vernacular to the best of my ability. I may be permitted, however, to say but one word of the translation.
