Pen and Sword Books are helping to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the D-Day landings with an extensive list of new and well-respected titles. The Normandy Invasion was probably the largest and most extensive invasion in recent times and can certainly be regarded as a punctuation mark in our history. It was the beginning of the end of the Second World War and is one of the most documented campaigns in military history.

Our D-Day list features excellent personal accounts, narratives from leading historians and, of course, our popular series of battlefield guides - all of which bring something new and unique to our understanding of the battle code-named Operation Overlord.
