R. Comes de Habes urch gibt dem Bischof Diethelm von Konstanz zu wissen, daß er Sehen un en betreffend die Güter seiner Dienstmannen Wernher und Cüno an das loster St. Ulrich zu Rrenzi' en nicht ferner anfechten sowie auch dem Heim. V. Leubeck (louhecce, b b.-a. Stockach) und Allen, die etwa Anspruch auf jene Güter erheben sollten, dies ernst lichst verbieten werde.
