Mechanics Gone MAD

    By

This book outlines my early working life, both at home in Ireland and abroad. It details my struggles with illness after finding my feet, and my relationship with a very special woman in my life. It goes on to describe the numerous incidents and life experiences along the way, not to mention the many accidents I had over a number of years. It describes many of the wonderful travel destinations I have visited and my experiences there.

It goes on to elaborate on instances of bullying, culminating in total mental breakdown and outlining my battle with depression and my struggles with my own self worth. It details my experiences of the mental health system and the long road to recovery and rehabilitation.

I would like to dedicate this book to all those poor lost souls who committed the ultimate act of suicide, whilst not having the will nor the means to fight their own fight. I could have been one of them!

    May God go with you.
