Why am I here this time?: Memoirs of a yoga teacher

    By

Carole Kerton has been teaching yoga for thirty-seven years. She has trained eighty teachers and is the former Chairman of the 'Friends of Yoga Society FRYOG International'. 'Why am I here this time' is an autobiography and a journey through yoga. Carole believes that she learnt unconditional love from her animals, and that unity, which is what the word yoga means, includes being at one with all creatures. Stories of her pets enliven the pages and, along with spiritual anecdotes, inform the reader of her progress. Carole lives in Petersfield, Hampshire with the two men in her life; her husband, Mike, and her dog, Rudi.
